At LUNA, we are committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and hygiene. Due to the intimate nature of our lingerie and custom-made pieces, all orders are handled with special care.

Before production begins, our Customer Care team will contact you to confirm your measurements and order details to ensure the perfect fit and minimize any sizing errors.

Once your measurements and order details have been confirmed, lingerie items and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are produced according to your approved measurements and are subject to hygiene and safety standards.

Customers are responsible for confirming the accuracy of all measurements and information provided. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

If you receive an item that differs from your confirmed order or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Each case will be reviewed individually, and the appropriate solution will be provided in accordance with our store policy.

Orders may be cancelled within one hour of purchase. After this period, production begins, and the order can no longer be cancelled or modified.
